1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the informant, at the outset, submits that he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the petitioner above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35701 of 2024(6) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No.598 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

5. The application stands allowed.
