1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For issuance of direction/directions an appropriate writ/writ, upon the respondent authorities to approve/construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Raj, Jaamin Mathiya, BlockMeenapur, District Muzaffarpur (herein after called "the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan, Jaamin Mathiya) at Village- Kalyanpur on the Government Land bearing Thana No. 45, Khata No. 22, Khesra No.1140, Area -2 acre,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7700 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/3 on the basis of the recommendation of the petitioner mukhiya and in the light of the recommendation made by the Respondent Revenue Officer dated 17.01.2023.

(II) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the recommendation of transfer of the proposed site for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan from Klayanpur to village- Morsand Ratan, which is totally against the Government Order contained in Letter issued vide Memo No.-10 dated 31.01.2023.

(III) For directing the respondent authorities especially, the Respondent No.-5 & 6 to cancel the subsequent proposed/approved selected place i.e. at village- Morsand Ratan 1.5 KM away from the Gram Panchayat Raj village Kalyanpur as it does not fulfill the criteria of the guidelines of the State government."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
