====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 74500 of 2018 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.02.2019.

No.29495 of 2019(4) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018.
