====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard Mr. Sandip Kumar Gautam, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020 dated 01.03.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Ranjit Kumar is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage. The petitioners are the father and sister of aforesaid Ranjit Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the victim has been recovered and has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25696 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she had gone with Ranjit Kumar of her own volition and has also married him.

Considering the fact that the petitioners had no role to play in the kidnapping of the victim girl, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
