The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of execution of sale deed by doing forged signature of informant and his brother. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that no forgery has been committed by petition. It is further submitted that Jamabandi runs in the name of one Shital Prasad Singh but the land in question was in share of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31183 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 petitioner's ancestors and due to negligence it was not mutated in the name of petitioner. The rent is being paid by the petitioner and the land in question was in petitioner's possession along with up to date rent receipt. It is further submitted that this case comes within the preview of civil nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
