Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jadopur @ Yadopur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Om Prakash Yadav with whom this petitioner has no concern. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54124 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur @ Yadopur P.S.
