Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No.553 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Phupha of one Ajay Kumar and there is allegation that the the minor daughter of the informant has eloped with Ajay Kumar.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was love affair between Ajay Kumar and the victim girl and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is uncle of said Ajay Kumar and he is ready to co-operate the police in investigation.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.Case No.553 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to cooperate in the investigation in searching out the girl.
