2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired upon the informant with country made pistol causing injury on her plum.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35318 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the facts that the allegation against the petitioner is of firing upon the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022.
