Patna High Court CWJC No.2581 of 2015(6) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 ORAL ORDER 24-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the instant writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioners for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land granted to the petitioners by the State Government in Mauza- Usrahi, Plot no. 666, Khesra no. 7794, Revenue P.S. & Circle- Jai Nagar in the District- Madhubani and handover the subjected land to the petitioners in their peaceful possession."
2. At the outset, the learned counsels for the parties submit that the grievances of the petitioners have stood redressed, inasmuch as no encroachment has been found on the land in question and the soil taken out from the land of the petitioners has been returned, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case any cause of action arises in future, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
