1. In the supplementary counter-affidavit filed by the Respondent No. 04, it is specifically stated that the National Saving Certificates bearing nos. 82CC798922, 82CC798923, 17EF229922 and 17EF229923 total amount of Rs. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand) is lying in the office of Executive Engineer, District Urban Development Agency, Nalanda.
2. Having regard to the above made submission, the Respondent No. 04 i.e. Executive Engineer, District Urban Development Agency, Nalanda is directed to return the National Saving Certificates bearing nos. 82CC798922, 82CC798923, 17EF229922 and 17EF229923 total amount of Rs. 22,000/-
Patna High Court CWJC No.15617 of 2015(5) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 (Twenty Two Thousand) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
3. In so far as the main relief is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner states that it has become infructuous and he is only pressing for the release of the National Saving Certificates which are lying with the Respondent No. 04.
4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
