====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Isuapur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29195 of 2019(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/3 It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence, petitioner along with other named accused and 10-15 unknown persons assaulted son of the informant with lathi, danda, gun etc. on account of which, he died. When husband of the informant went to save his son he was also assaulted by the accused persons.

Case diary has been received.

The post mortem report is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has found one bruise and diffuse swelling over occipital region of skull of size 1" x 1". Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Shamim Miyan @ Shamim Ahmad has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 31412 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with
