Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of dacoity in the house is against unknown. During investigation, a mobile phone said to be subject matter of the robbery was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.
Petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31344 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No.179 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
