(ii) For an order, direction or appropriate writ commanding the respondents to provide the benefit of Supplementary Nutrition (SN) to the migrant labourers who have returned to their villages falling in different Anganbari Centres in Bihar and have been linked in the portal of Social Welfare Department as beneficiary. (iii) Any other order/orders for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition for the reason that with the passage of time the same has become infructuous.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
