Petitioner is accused in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 302 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Shamim Miyan @ Shamim Ahmad has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31412 of 2019 on 10.05.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019.
