The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.03.2019. He further submits that seizure of stolen motorcycle is patently false, nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
