In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the District Magistrate, Khagaria, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been dismissed from the service on certain charges.

There is a provision of appeal against the order of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1432 of 2017(3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 District Magistrate, but the petitioner has not exhausted that remedy.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advise, may file an appeal before the appropriate forum. If such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority will hear the petitioner and decide the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of appeal by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
