2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents No. 1 to 6 to take immediate and effective action against the Respondents No. 7 to 9 for their illegal and

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.887 of 2025(2) dt.19-06-2025 2/2 criminal acts, including obstruction, threats, and demands for "Rangdari."

b) Direct the Respondents No. 1 to 6 to register an FIR against the Respondents No. 7 to 9 for their criminal activities, including obstruction, threats, and assault, as per the petitioner's complaint.

c) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 to 6 to provide adequate protection to the petitioner and his family from the Respondents No. 7 to 9, after registering the FIR based on the application dated 25.08.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has spoken to the S.H.O., Ghorasahan, who has informed that there is dispute between the parties and, therefore, the S.H.O., Ghorasahan has forwarded the complaint to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the S.H.O., Ghorasahan, that he will ensure that the petitioner is not harassed unnecessarily by the private respondents. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U T
