At the outset it is required to be noted and even so stated in the counter that by the impugned show-cause notice, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6351 of 2017 dt.05-09-2018 2/2 petitioner is called up to produce the documents and the sanctioned map, if any, and no final order has been passed till date. It appears that even against the show-cause notice the petitioner has also filed his reply.

Under the circumstances, the present petition is absolutely pre-mature as no final decision has been taken. The present petition is not entertained.

All the contentions which would be available to the parties shall be open for the parties to raise in accordance with law and on merits.
