2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.02.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7045 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid order passed in the writ petition has been modified by a Division Bench of this Court in an LPA preferred

Patna High Court MJC No.2022 of 2016(4) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 by the State.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed in the writ petition has been modified by a Division Bench of this Court in an LPA preferred by the State, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
