Patna High Court CWJC No.8531 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 regarding the illegal appointment of the respondent no. 11 namely Panna Lal Yadav, who got his appointment on the basis of matric certificate of 1992 and working since 2003 in the Education Department after suppressing his earlier Matric certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna in the examination held in the year 1987, after manipulating his real date of birth.
ii) For issuance of writ/order/direction to take legal action on the guilt respondent authorities including the respondent no.
11, who have committed fraud and cheating in illegal appointment of respondent no. 11 on the initial post of Shiksha Mitra, later on he was adjusted on the post of Panchayat Teacher and thereafter working as Block Teacher under the Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and getting regular payment causing loss to the government exchequer.
iii) To direct the concerned investigating agency like the CID/CBI to enquire the matter in proper and fair way in regard to conspiracy and illegal appointment of teachers without proper verification of Matric certificate of respondent no. 11 and thereafter to submit enquiry report for taking action against the guilt persons and recover the loss incurred to the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
