JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent Bank to provide a 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner regarding the properties mortgaged by the petitioner herein in view of the fact that the loan has been paid by the petitioner. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank and file a representation within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be considered by the respondent no. 2 and thereafter he will pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks.
