2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 376 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and sectioins 5, 6 and 7 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner committed rape on the informant. Girl in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
