The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 (G.O. Excise Case No. 1106 of 2018) registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner, as evident from the Seizure List.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29971 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-V-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
