2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 40/2023 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 131/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S., Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the 3rd attempt for regular bail. Earlier his prayer for regular bail has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 10743 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 34377 of 2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of materials on record and keeping in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32562 of 2025(4) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
