JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. After the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383, the case of the petitioner was considered by the respondents and considering the fact that the case of the petitioner was not covered by the direction issued by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. (supra), as to appointment on compassionate ground, the application of the petitioner was rejected.

Accordingly, the Court does not find any merit in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10629 of 2016(5) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 writ application challenging the rejection of the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground. The writ application stands dismissed.
