Without going into the details of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No.341 of 2019-20 in the court of the Collector, Bhagalpur against the impugned order dated 28.12.2019 and the same has not yet been disposed of.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Bhagalpur to hear and dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9674 of 2020(2) dt.21-06-2022 3/3 aforesaid Appeal within eight weeks from today. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
