The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman having clean antecedent and being mother-in-law of the informant has been falsely implicated in the present case with general and omnibus allegation. It is further submitted that there is allegation of demand of dowry and torture but then the same is not specific, it is next submitted that whenever any dispute between the husband and wife arises

Learned counsel submits that the marriage of the informant with the son of the petitioner is ten years old and in between these ten years no complaint ever came to be filed. It is further submitted that the petitioner along with her husband resides separately from her son.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
