The instant application is filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of order dated o8.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12932/13.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this contempt application the respondents have erroneously rejected the claim of the petitioners He further submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the same before appropriate authority.

Having, regard to the statements and also show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties the contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to
