The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 567 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of money dispute between the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that good sense has prevailed between the parties as stated in para-12 of the petition. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31167 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
