2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for enquiry about the misplacement of some page of the Register-II of Anchal Dehri, District: Rohtas at Sasaram of the Khata No. 202, Thana No. 148, Area about 3 Acres, 23 Decimals of Mauza Gangauli, which is running in the Khatiyan in the name of Bir Bahadur Singh, Son of Late Lakshman Singh of Village Gangauli since long, but when

Patna High Court CWJC No.12886 of 2016(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 petitioner went for taking revenue receipt from the area Halka Karamchari/Revenue Clerk, it was found that the page of the said Khata No. is not attached with the register and he denied to deposit the revenue from the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an application before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.3 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, such application is filed, respondent no.3 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
