At the outset, the learned counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable has

Patna High Court CWJC No.13030 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2023 2/2 submitted, by referring to paragraph no. 13 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that while the cut off marks in the category of the petitioner (BC-M-NHG) is 72, the petitioner has obtained only 62 marks, hence he has not been selected.

The aforesaid factual aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence he submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
