2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Sustances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 20 KG of Ganja has been recovered from vehicle of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has already sold the car in question to one Raushan Kumar.

5. Learned APP however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
