1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the complainant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge.
