2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (G.R. No. 643 of 2018), registered for offence punishable under sections 363 & 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, one Amol Kumar had kidnapped the grand-daughter of the informant and the allegation against other named accused persons, including the petitioners, is that they had assisted the main accused Amol Kumar in kidnapping the grand-daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34135 of 2024(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 antecedent. The accusation of kidnapping the grand-daughter of the informant is against Amol Kumar, not against the petitioners. Nothing emerged during course of investigation against this petitioners and rather they have been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It has also been submitted that on similar footing, the co-accused namely Amit Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 03-08-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38710 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Bhavesh Kumar, learned Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 (G.R. No. 643 of 2018).
