JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner and others from the Gairmajarua Aam Land, situated at Mohalla-Shashtri Nagar, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that the land situated at Mauza-Sherullahpur, Thana No.08, PHED ground Shashtrinagar, Patna has been acquired by the Public Construction Department and the petitioner and others are residing illegally over the said land.

2. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authority for redressal of her subsisting grievance.
