The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent no.3 to 5 and respondent no.6 to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground and to pass a final order on the representations dated 18.08.2009 and 09.04.2015 as contained in Annexure-4 and 7 respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed a representation (Annexure-8 to the writ petition) before the Authorities but till date no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the appropriate Authority and on receipt of the same, the concerned Authority shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks thereof.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
