It is thus submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the outstanding rent required to be paid to the petitioner has already stood paid for the period up to the month of February, 2024 and as far as the outstanding rent with effect from the month of March, 2024 is concerned, the same would definitely be paid forthwith. It is directed accordingly.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other
