In the light of the fact that the petitioner has statutory remedy of revision before the Divisional Commissioner under Clause 12 of the Guidelines of the year 2019. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision petition before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Divisional Commissioner is hereby directed to decide the matter within a period of three months from the date of Appeal/Revision to be filed by the petitioner.
