At this stage, learned counsel for the State-respondent submitted that petitioner has statutory remedy of revision before the Divisional Commissioner under Clause 12 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9905 of 2020(8) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 the Guidelines, 2019.

Re-list this case on 28.04.2022.

If there is no representation on the next date of hearing, matter would be decided."

In the light of the fact that the petitioner has statutory remedy of revision before the Divisional Commissioner under Clause 12 of the Guidelines of the year 2019. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision petition before the Divisional Commissioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Divisional Commissioner is hereby directed to decide the matter within a period of three months from the date of Appeal/Revision to be filed by the petitioner.
