2. State Counsel accept notice for respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs:

"That the Petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ/Writs, Order/Orders, Direction/Directions,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9907 of 2020 dt.07-01-2022 2/2 Commands/Commands for directing the respondents to pay Honorarium of September, 2019 to till date to the petitioner, who is working sincerely, punctually and honestly on the post of Nayay Mitra."

3. Petitioner's grievance relating to honorarium from the month of September, 2019 to this date is to be redressed.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of the petitioner's grievance and redress the same by passing speaking order. If the petitioner is otherwise entitled, the honorarium shall be calculated and disbursed to the petitioner and continued to pay the same in terms of the order of appointment or in terms of the scheme of the State Government. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

5. with the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
