2. In view of the materials brought on record, the Court finds that the admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner. Further, there is no reply or rejoinder filed by the petitioner to the averments made in the counter affidavits filed on behalf of the respondents.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.
4. However, if the petitioner still has any grievance
Patna High Court CWJC No.9176 of 2017 dt.18-06-2018 2/2 with regard to any non payment of admitted dues, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation within four weeks from today before the appropriate authority, who shall consider and dispose off the same by passing a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
