Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No.104 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of road robbery is against two unknown person. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that besides confession of co-accused there is no other material

Since the case would require identification parade of the culprit, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
