2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 498A, 494, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is of commission of torture and harassment to the complainant for dowry.

4. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the complainant. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the complainant. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of complainant and her husband.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1058-C of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
