Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 27.11.2015, passed in Appeal No. 09A/2014, by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Katihar, directly approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by filing an appeal, against the order dated 27.11.2015, passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.9565 of 2016(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Katihar. 4.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
