====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 3346 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The present F.I.R. has been lodged after seven years of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Petitioners are only office bearers of the Panchayat and they had no concern with the work of installation of solar light.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S.
