The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation in the F.I.R., the firing done by the petitioner hit the hand of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.4.2021(Annexure-2) giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 1.7.2020.

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Case no.40 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 6th/concerned court, Bhojpur at Ara.
