2. Since the petitioner has not availed of the appellate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8681 of 2022 dt.12-08-2022 2/2 observation that in case an appeal is filed before the appropriate authority, it shall be taken up for consideration and after giving reasonable time to the petitioner to represent his cause, a final order shall be passed as far as possible within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The order so passed by the appellate authority shall contain reasons in support of the same.

4. The order passed by the appellate authority shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith.

5. The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
