"for restoration of the writ application bearing CWJC No. 12411 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the writ court, consisting of and presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv
Patna High Court MJC No.1613 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 Roy, to its original file. It is further prayed that the consequential order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Single Bench of this Hon'ble court, consisting of and presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, may kindly be recalled and the writ application, dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 12.09.2024, may kindly be restored to its original file."
3. It has been informed by Mr. Ravi Prakash Dwivedi that the matter has been settled and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
