The petitioner seeks bail in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner has been apprehended with a stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized motorcycle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.02.2021. Investigation is complete.
