The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.50 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It it submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that both the parties are brothers and the dispute is with regard to share of sale proceeds of a truck. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for
