JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 658 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody since 16.9.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 7 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
